Which calculators should I start with?
For most agents: the mortgage calculator on listings, affordability on your buyer page and the seller net sheet on your seller page. Those three cover the most common questions on an agent website.
Every real estate calculator for agent websites in the CalcCapture set is chosen for the conversations agents actually have: buyers asking about payments and cash to close, sellers asking what they'd walk away with, investors asking whether a rental pays. Each one embeds on your site and sends you the lead with the visitor's numbers attached.
Start with the question your visitor is asking, not the calculator name.
| Your visitor asks… | Calculator | Group |
|---|---|---|
| What's the payment on this listing? | Mortgage Calculator | Buyer tools |
| How much house can we afford? | Affordability Calculator | Buyer tools |
| How much cash do we need at closing? | Buyer Closing Cost Estimator | Buyer tools |
| Should we keep renting? | Rent vs. Buy Calculator | Buyer tools |
| What would I walk away with if I sold? | Seller Net Sheet Calculator | Seller tools |
| Can we buy before we sell? | HELOC Calculator | Seller tools |
| Does this rental pay for itself? | Investment Property ROI Calculator | Investor tools |
| When are my 1031 deadlines? | 1031 Exchange Timeline Calculator | Investor tools |
Payment, affordability and closing-cost tools for listing pages and buyer consultations.
Net sheets, commission math and move-up tools for listing appointments.
Returns, DSCR and 1031 tools for agents who work with investors.
For most agents: the mortgage calculator on listings, affordability on your buyer page and the seller net sheet on your seller page. Those three cover the most common questions on an agent website.
They're the ones that come up in buyer consultations, listing appointments and investor conversations. Each page explains when to use it and what lead it produces, so you can choose deliberately rather than embedding everything.
Property tax is built into the mortgage, affordability and first-time buyer calculators rather than offered separately. There's no automated home valuation tool. The seller net sheet asks the seller for the price they have in mind, which leads naturally to your CMA.
The buyer tools (except Home Buyer Savings) plus HELOC, home equity loan and mortgage recast. The free Agent plan lets you use up to 5 of them. Team adds savings tools, and Brokerage adds the seller net sheet, commission, investor and 1031 tools.
Yes. Use any calculator your plan includes anywhere on your site, or combine several into one widget, such as a move-up widget with the seller net sheet, HELOC and recast calculators.
They use US rules with sourced, dated statutory figures (FHA, VA, USDA, loan limits) and show a disclaimer. They're estimates for planning, not Loan Estimates, pre-approvals or tax advice.
Yes. Each one can show a lead form next to the results. Submissions are saved as contacts with the inputs and results, emailed to you and, on Team and Brokerage, sent by webhook to your CRM.
All but one run in English and Spanish, with a visitor language switch. Affordability is currently English only, and pre-qualification covers similar ground in both languages.
That's the fastest way to see what CalcCapture does for your site.
