We think the lead should come with the numbers
About CalcCapture: we build calculators for US real estate agents, teams and brokerages, and one idea runs through all of them. A visitor who runs their own numbers is worth more than one who fills in a contact form, and the agent should get those numbers too.

Why we built it
Listing pages ask for a big commitment: request a showing, contact the agent. Most visitors aren't ready for that, so they leave, and the agent never learns who they were or what they were weighing up.
Meanwhile the questions visitors actually have are numerical: what's the payment, how much cash do we need, what would we walk away with? Banks and portals answer those questions and keep the visitor. We wanted agents to answer them, on their own sites, under their own brand, and to get the lead with the visitor's own figures attached.
So CalcCapture is deliberately narrow: a curated set of calculators for the conversations agents have, lead capture that keeps the context, and delivery into the CRM agents already use.

What we believe
Estimates, clearly labeled
Calculators use sourced, dated US figures and say plainly that they're estimates, not Loan Estimates or advice.
Compliance-aware by default
No suggested commission rates, consent stored with every lead, fair-housing-safe language.
Your leads are yours
We process them for you, deliver them where you want, and never sell them.

Who is CalcCapture for?
US real estate agents, teams and brokerages who want their websites, listings and open houses to capture leads with context.
Is CalcCapture a lender or brokerage?
No. We're a software company. We don't make loans, broker mortgages or represent buyers and sellers.
Where do you operate?
We serve the US market only. Prices are in USD and calculators use US rules.
How do I contact you?
Use the contact page. We reply within one business day.
Why are there no customer reviews?
We haven't collected verified reviews yet, and we won't publish invented ones. When real reviews exist, they'll appear with links you can check.
How do you keep statutory figures current?
Figures such as FHA MIP, VA funding fees, USDA fees and loan limits are sourced from the agencies with effective dates and updated centrally for every calculator.
Do you sell lead data?
No. We process leads on your behalf and never sell personal information.
Do you partner with other real estate services?
We list a few partner services, such as website builders, on our partners page. Partner links may earn us a referral fee, which we disclose.
